Flat Roof & Façade Restoration
MBR completed a flat white roof installation, full waterproofing, and restored the top front wall façade of this downtown storefront, enhancing weather protection and curb appeal.

The new flat roof provides robust protection for the Ganaraska Millennium Conservation Area’s infrastructure, supporting the continued use and enjoyment of this valued community resource.

Installed New Flat roofing and waterproofing system, featuring a mechanically fastened 0.060 TPO white membrane with 8" ISO insulation for optimal energy efficiency.

At the PacLease facility in Mississauga, our team completed a 9,500 sq. ft. flat roof retrofit, replacing an aging built-up roofing system with a modern, high-performance assembly.
