MBR was contracted to complete a full flat roofing and waterproofing upgrade at the Blockbuster Commercial Plaza, aimed at improving the building's long-term protection and structural integrity.

The project began with the removal of all existing and damaged roofing layers, followed by detailed surface preparation to ensure proper adhesion and system performance. Our team then installed a high-performance waterproofing membrane, engineered to withstand harsh Ontario climates and prevent water ingress, ponding, and material degradation.

Final stages included sealing, flashing, and finishing work to complete the system and protect vulnerable transition areas such as parapets and drains. All work was executed safely and on schedule, with minimal disruption to plaza tenants and customers.
