MBR executed a full restoration of the existing low-slope roof system at CPK Interior Products, involving the complete removal of deteriorated roofing materials down to the deck. The scope included the installation of new structural wood sheathing to reinforce the substrate, followed by the application of a torch-applied SBS-modified bituminous membrane system as the primary waterproofing barrier.

To complete the assembly, a granule-surfaced cap sheet resembling sand was installed to provide UV resistance, mechanical durability, and aesthetic continuity. The system was designed to meet the client’s operational demands with minimal disruption and long-term watertight performance.
