MBR completed a high-performance flat roof retrofit for the Pearl DCS Warehouse Distribution Center, covering more than 117,000 sq. ft.. The scope included the removal of the existing built-up roofing system while retaining the dry underlying insulation, maximizing sustainability and cost efficiency.

A ½" high-density coverboard was mechanically fastened over the existing insulation to provide added impact resistance and insulation protection. The new Elevate 0.060 white TPO membrane was fully adhered using low-VOC adhesive, offering superior reflectivity, weather resistance, and long-term durability. All perimeter edges were finished with new 24-gauge metal flashings for complete system protection.
