This project involved a complete retrofit of a commercial storefront roof system and front wall. The scope included installation of a new white flat roofing membrane for improved reflectivity and energy performance, comprehensive waterproofing to safeguard the building envelope, and restoration of the top front wall to reinforce structure and preserve the building's appearance. The work was completed in a high-visibility downtown area with careful attention to site cleanliness and minimal disruption to tenants and foot traffic.
